Privacy Policy

The Innocalls team welcomes you through its online platform, and thanks you for trusting us. Because we are fully aware that customers benefiting from our services have certain rights within the cloud communications system we provide, Innocalls is committed to protecting customer information in accordance with its privacy policy and confidentiality practices. Accordingly, and in line with the usage agreement concluded between you as a customer and Innocalls, this document informs you of the privacy and confidentiality policy applied at Innocalls. For this reason, Innocalls has established “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” rules to clarify and define the confidentiality and privacy practices applied on the Innocalls platform. Please review it, as by accepting the use of Innocalls’ systems, all of your information becomes subject to this policy.

* Information Innocalls collects and retains in its electronic systems

The customer’s personal information, such as the commercial registration, the company’s articles of incorporation, name and email address, and national ID or residency number.

* Innocalls does not share this information with anyone under any circumstances

Naturally, Innocalls seeks to retain this information in a way that protects the privacy of the customer benefiting from the service. Innocalls retains this information only to improve service quality and to facilitate the customer’s business.

As a general rule, this information is only accessible to: the primary telecom service provider, whether STC, Mobily, Zain, or GO, in line with the telecommunications regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to certain Innocalls personnel who have been authorized by management to access it — such authorization is typically specific and limited and subject to legal and administrative oversight by Innocalls — and this information will not be published or broadcast to any third party.

Innocalls seeks to maintain the integrity and lawful use of the communications system. Therefore, if Innocalls notices any irregular or unlawful activity carried out by the customer that violates the telecommunications regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the terms, provisions, and conditions of the usage agreement will be applied immediately. As Innocalls strives, as far as possible, to preserve the safe use of its communications systems, it may share any of this information with the competent authorities to take the necessary action regarding the customer, in order to protect Innocalls and its other customers from any legal liability that may arise from such unlawful or irregular activity.

* How secure is the confidentiality of customer information?

Innocalls seeks to preserve the confidentiality of customer information, and the customer privacy policy will not conflict with the provisions of the Usage Agreement or the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy. However, since this cannot be guaranteed 100% on the internet, the Innocalls team notes the following:

Innocalls seeks to protect all store-related information and ensure it is not accessed by anyone in violation of Innocalls’ policy.

Innocalls protects customer information under high-quality electronic and technical protection systems that are continuously and periodically updated.

However, since the internet cannot be 100% guaranteed against potential breaches or viruses affecting the electronic protection systems and firewalls used by Innocalls, we advise our customers to keep their information strictly confidential and not disclose any information they consider highly sensitive — this is part of Innocalls’ commitment to protecting and guiding its customers.

Should the service used by Innocalls’ customers be subject to any kind of technical breach, Innocalls is committed to promptly notifying the customer of such a breach.

* Supporting services (third-party services)

The customer and user acknowledge full awareness that the numbers used in communications belong to a third party — the telecom companies licensed by the Communications and Information Technology Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, the customer grants Innocalls full authorization and permission to provide the service provider with their data, or that of the subscribed user, which may include, without limitation: username, personal phone number, email, commercial registration number and a copy of it, and a copy of the customer’s national ID — so that the service provider (the third party) can deliver the requested service.

* Innocalls’ rules and terms of use

All of Innocalls’ obligations, all of its customers’ obligations, and all rights arising from the relationship between them are set out in the Terms and Conditions, since these rules constitute the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” derived from the agreement concluded between the customer and Innocalls upon establishing the service. The Privacy and Confidentiality Policy was established to ensure the credibility and trust that Innocalls is keen to provide to its customers.
